// TRADITIONAL SANGRIA

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of alcohol-free red wine 0.0% – Lussory Premium Red Tempranillo.

  • Lussory Brut (300 ml) *optional ingredient.

  • Fresh Peach (2 units)

  • Orange (2 units)

    • 1 orange for juicing.

    • 1 orange for cutting, with peel.

  • Small lemon (1 piece) for juicing.

  • Apple (1 piece)

  • Cinnamon stick (½)

  • Sugar (30 gr.) * optional ingredient

  • Ice cubes.

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the sugar in 75 ml of hot water to create a syrup that will dissolve better in the wine. (Set aside and let cool.)

  2. Pour the Lussory Premium Red Tempranillo wine into a container, along with the syrup and the juice of one orange. Stir well.

  3. Peel the peaches and apple and cut them into small squares to facilitate maceration. Cut the unpeeled orange into wedges or half slices.

  4. Place all fruit pieces into the container with the wine.

  5. Add the lemon juice and cinnamon stick.

  6. Let the entire preparation rest for at least 2 hours to macerate, preferably in the refrigerator.

  7. Add the brut wine Lussory before serving.

  8. Serve the sangria in a clear pitcher with some ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.

It is usually served in large glasses or cups.

// SANGRIA WITH WATERMELON AND CUCUMBER

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of 0.0% alcohol-free white sparkling wine – Lussory Premium Sparkling.

  • Seedless cucumber (1 piece).

  • Lemon (2 units).

  • 1 turn into juice.

  • 1 for cutting, with peel.

  • Watermelon (¼).

  • To make watermelon balls.

  • Turn into juice.

  • Honey (1/4 cup) *optional ingredient.

  • Fresh mint leaves.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the watermelon balls to use up the leftovers and process them into juice (set aside)

  2. In a container, combine lemon juice, watermelon juice, and honey. Stir and add the Lussory white sparkling wine.

  3. Slice the cucumber and lemon and add them to the wine container along with the juice. Add the watermelon balls and a few mint leaves.

  4. Allow the preparation to rest for at least 2 hours for maceration.

  5. To serve, pour the sangria into a clear pitcher into which you have previously added some ice cubes.

     

    Serve in large glasses or cups and garnish with a sprig of mint.

// SANGRIA WITH POMEGRANATE

Ingredients

  • Lussory Sparkling Wine (500 ml)

  • White wine 0.0 alcohol-free – Lussory Premium Chardonnay (500 ml.)

  • Granada (2 units).

  • 1.5 units for processing into juice (approx. 250 ml)

  • ½ unit for firing.

  • Orange (2 units)

  • 1 unit for processing into juice (approx. 100 ml)

  • 1 cuttable unit, with bowl.

  • Fresh mint.

  • Ice cubes.

Preparation

  1. In a container, combine the sparkling white wine Lussory + the white wine Lussory Premium Chardonnay + the pomegranate juice + the orange juice. Stir the mixture.

  2. Add the pomegranate seeds + sliced orange + a few mint leaves.

  3. Let the entire preparation rest for at least 2 hours to macerate.

  4. To serve, pour the sangria into a clear pitcher into which you have previously added some ice cubes.

  5. Serve in large glasses or cups and garnish with a sprig of mint.

// SANGRIA WITH RED FRUITS

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine 0.0% ALCOHOL-FREE – LUSSORY PREMIUM Rosé

  • Strawberries (150 g)

  • Blueberries (60 gr.)

  • Raspberries (100 g)

  • Cherries (100 gr.)

  • Lemon (medium)

  • Lima (medium)

  • Orange (3 units)

  • 2 units for processing into juice (approx. 200 ml)

  • 1 piece sliced, with peel.

  • Brown sugar (1 tablespoon)

  • Cinnamon (1 stick)

  • Lussory brut (250 ml) *optional ingredient

  • Ice

  • Mint for decoration.

Preparation

  1. Wash the berries thoroughly and dry them lightly with absorbent kitchen paper. Remove the stems from the strawberries and halve each strawberry.

  2. Halve the cherries and remove the pits. Cut some raspberries and blueberries in half, leaving the rest whole.

  3. In a container, combine the orange juice, red berries, and Lussory Premium Rosé wine. Stir the mixture gently, as these fruits are very delicate.

  4. Let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  5. Add the orange + lemon + lime, all sliced and with the peel, + the cinnamon stick + sugar.

  6. Let the preparation marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  7. When you're ready to serve, pour the contents into a clear pitcher with a few ice cubes and add the Lussory Brut wine. Remove.

Serve in large glasses or cups and garnish with a sprig of mint.

// SANGRIA WITH MANGO

Ingredients

  • A bottle of white wine Lussory Premium Airen.

  • Mango (2 units)

  • 1 unit for processing natural and strained mango juice (100 ml)

  • 1 piece (ripe but firm) diced

  • Orange (2 units)

  • 1 unit to convert into juice

  • 1 piece cut into slices and with the peel

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 1/2 cup Lussory Brut

  • Halve green grapes (1 cup)

  • Diced pineapple (1/2 cup)

  • Mint and currants for decoration

  • Ice

Preparation

  1. In a container, combine Lussory Premium Airen white wine + mango juice + orange juice + lemon juice. Stir the mixture.

  2. Add the diced mango and pineapple + the sliced orange with peel + the halved grapes.

  3. Let the preparation marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  4. When you're ready to serve, pour the drink into a clear pitcher with a few ice cubes and add half a cup of Lussory Brut. Remove.

Serve in large glasses or cups and garnish with a sprig of mint and some currants.

// SANGRIA WITH PASSION FRUIT

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of white wine Lussory Chardonnay (750 ml).

  • 1 cup natural passion fruit juice (about 5-6 passion fruits).

  • (Preparation: Mix 1 cup passion fruit pulp + 1/2 cup water + 1/3 cup sugar. Remove some seeds through a sieve and use some as a decorative effect in the drink.)

  • 1/4 teaspoon of non-alcoholic rum extract to give the drink a more complex flavor (optional)

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 orange, sliced and peeled

  • 1 lemon, sliced and peeled.

  • 1 apple, cut into pieces

  • 1 cup Lussory Brut wine

  • ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Pour the white wine Lussory Chardonnay into a large container.

  2. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh (follow the process above). Pour the passion fruit juice into the container with the wine.

  3. Add the non-alcoholic rum extract and sugar to the bowl and mix well until the sugar has completely dissolved.

  4. Add the orange and lemon slices and apple pieces to the bowl. Gently mix the ingredients.

  5. Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or preferably overnight) to encourage maceration and blend the flavors.

  6. Just before serving, pour the Lussory Brut wine into the container and stir gently.

  7. Add ice cubes to each glass and serve the passion fruit sangria.

  8. If you like, you can decorate each glass with an orange slice or a mint sprig.
